Meet the Lagos king who married the beautiful daughter of Juju Legend, Ebenezer Obey
Chief Ebenezer Obey, popularly called "Chief Commander" is a popular and legendary Juju singer in Nigeria. He was part of those that ruled the Juju world in the 50s, before he converted to gospel music in the 90s.
However, the septuagenarian is actually an in -law to a royal family in Lagos, as one of the popular kings in Lagos is married to one of his daughter.
The king of Kweme Kingdom, a kingdom in Badagry West of Lagos state, Oba (Dr.) Sejiro Olalekan Fames is the husband of the third child and second daughter of the living legend, Queen Orejaiye Sejiro.
The monarch got married to the daughter of the musician - cum -evangelist in a glamorous wedding that was attended by important figures in 2017. According to an interview by the queen, she met with the king in 2015, and they dated for two years, after which she relocated back to Nigeria from UK, where she was working as a nurse to get married.
King Sejiro Olalekan is an influential king in Badagry, he has been ruling the Kweme kingdom for about 14 years now. He is also one of the youngest kings in the country, and well respected as well.
