The Online exercise for recruitment into the Nigerian Army 83 regular recruit intake for non-Tradesmen/women which begun on Monday, March 7 will end on Friday, May 13, 2022.

A release signed by the Permanent Secretary, Bureau of Cabinet and Special Services, Alhaji Olanrewaju Saka indicated that registration form could be accessed online at https://recruitment.army.mil.ng with all applications to be screened online and qualified candidates would be shortlisted thereafter.

It stated that applicants are expected to be single, Nigeria citizen by birth, and possess a valid National Identity Number (NIN) or Bank Verification Number (BVN).

The release further noted that applicants should be medically, physically, and psychologically fit, free of any criminal conviction and be between the ages of 18 and 22 years by the time training starts on Monday, August 8, 2022. The required height is 1.68meter for males and 1.62meter for females respectively.

Applicants must possess a minimum of four passes in not more than two sittings in WASSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB, while shortlisted applicants from the online screening would be required to report for physical screening exercise at the State Recruitment Center, 35 Artillery Brigade, Alamala Barracks, Abeokuta from Tuesday, June 28 to Monday, July 11,2022.
