SAD:Torshimbe Philip dies after purchasing APC Momination form
Torshimbe Philip Mvendaga, an aspirant for Gwer West Constituency in the Benue State House of Assembly on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, (APC) is dead.
It was reported that the APC chieftain died in a car accident at the weekend on his way back to Abuja.
