Sanwo-Olu nominates Kemi Ogunyemi as cabinet member

The Governor of Lagos State Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Tuesday nominated Mrs. Kemi Ogunyemi for appointment to the state executive council.

The Lagos State House Of Assembly confirmed in a statement on X (formerly Twitter) said it received Ogunyemi’s name as a cabinet nominee.

Ogunyemi is a former commissioner at the Lagos State Health Service Commission and a nurse with over 30 years’ experience in nursing while she is keen on advancing the profession in Nigeria.

She was a member of many hospital and healthcare committees during her time in the United States (US) and United Kingdom (UK).

Ogunyemi holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration and a Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, USA.
