The Chief Executive of Stanbic IBTC, Dr. 'Demola Sogunle has said the Seventh Edition of  Youth Leadership Series, serves as a beacon of inspiration and empowerment for the nation's youth, offering invaluable insights and strategies for personal and professional success.

The Chief Executive of Stanbic IBTC Holdings, Dr. Demola Sogunle made this declaration while delivering his speech  with the theme "The Growth Code: Unlocking the secrets and strategies to personal and professional success,"  at the prestigious Multipurpose Hall of the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos State.

Dr. 'Demola added that the Youth Leadership Series brings together a diverse array of young professionals, students, entrepreneurs, and career-driven individuals eager to glean wisdom from a panel of esteemed speakers. 

According to him "there is need to probe deeper into the core principles that drive growth and achievement in today's dynamic world urging the youths not to stop learning as continuous learning facilitates great achievement in life.

He said there is need to subscribe to strong values advising the youths to: imbibe integrity, always talk about your mistakes to avoid such mistakes in order to be successful, energize others, search for better ideas everyday, never get comfortable with your achievement, rather do more, make the right trade off, grow people around you, see everyone as a mentor, be truth to yourself, over deliver but don't under promise, don't tolerate mediocre among others.

The award-winning Nigerian actress Bisola Aiyeola, renowned digital content creator Salem King, founder of The Dew Centre Omon Anenih, and youth development advocate Oyinkansola Oni, consisting of two-panel sessions  provide attendees with actionable insights and practical strategies for success.

The first session, titled "Hacking the growth code in your chosen career," gave explore innovative approaches to career advancement while the second session, "The catalyst to running a successful business in the current business terrain," offer invaluable advice for aspiring entrepreneurs navigating today's competitive landscape.

Furtherance to enlightening panel discussions, attendees were entertained with a captivating performance by Phillip Kayode Moses, popularly known as Pheelz, a prominent Nigerian record producer, singer, and songwriter.
